I'm getting the " Grabbing Failed! Description: 'Unable To Get AACS Keys From Disc' message. Region 1 and in English. I have no Idea what this means because this is my first try at this, does this happen often? Thanks

Also just tried a Heart Alive In Seattle BD and it did the same thing.

This is happening with ALL my BDs, is this program for real??
